OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

17) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Auto Cosmetics regarding the site.
  • Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
