PPF for Mesa

Mesa has plenty of PPF shops. One publishes every price.

Paint protection film, or clear bra, is a self-healing urethane layer over the panels that take the hits: front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors. Mesa drivers rack up freeway miles on US 60, the Red Mountain 202, and the 101, and every one of those miles throws sand and gravel at unprotected paint.

Shops around Mesa install good films, but they quote by phone and sell one brand. We publish the exact installed price for your vehicle and let you compare two film brands and two thicknesses by their manufacturer specs, side by side, before you commit to anything. Start with the price tool below, go deeper on our paint protection film page, or read the clear bra guide.

Auto Cosmetics® installs FlexiShield and STEK films, computer-cut by pattern software to your vehicle's exact dimensions before they ever touch your car. We are spec-driven, not brand-locked, so you get the right film for your vehicle at a published price, never a forced label.

Why Mesa Cars Need It

Rock chips are not cosmetic. They are the start of paint failure.

US 60 and the Red Mountain 202 through Mesa carry some of the heaviest commuter traffic in the Valley, and commuter lanes mean rock chips: every truck ahead of you is a gravel launcher. Add summer UV that bakes exposed clear coat, and unprotected front ends age fast here.

Stops rock chips cold

8.5 to 10 mil of urethane absorbs the impact energy of gravel and road debris that chips unprotected paint on US 60, the Red Mountain 202, and the 101.

Self-heals in the sun

Light swirls and wash marks in the film's top coat disappear with heat. In Arizona, the sun does the work for you.

Invisible on the car

Computer-cut patterns wrap panel edges with no visible lines. Gloss film disappears on any color, on any finish.

Protects resale value

A chip-free front end and original paint are the first things an appraiser and the next buyer look for.

Why drivers pass closer shops to get here

★★★★★4.9 · 212 Google reviews

"During my first visit, I planned to stay through the entire tint installation, but they surprised me by ordering an Uber to take me home and bring me back when it was ready, at no cost. Hector and the team are excellent and guided me through various options. I will only trust this shop for window tint, PPF, or any other services they provide."

"This is my FIFTH vehicle being taken to Auto Cosmetics for their professional touch. Vehicles continue to get more and more expensive so you want to use a shop that stands behind their work and only uses products they trust. I have a buddy who recently had some PPF work done at a different shop in Gilbert, and guess what, it has flaws."

"I love that their prices are very transparent on their website, so I knew exactly what I'd be paying without the hassle of waiting for a quote. They were able to move me up to an earlier appointment last minute. The whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!"

Mesa PPF Questions

Answers before you book

How much does PPF cost in Mesa?
Mesa drivers see the same published prices as everyone else, with no drive-in surcharge. In 8.5 mil self-healing film a compact car starts at $479 for the front bumper, $1,299 for the classic clear bra full front, and $4,719 for the whole body. Trucks, SUVs and 10 mil film cost more, and all of it is priced in the tool on this page: enter your year, make and model and the number is yours to keep before you ever call.
Where is your Mesa shop?
We do not have one in Mesa, and we would rather tell you than pretend. All installs happen at our single shop, 500 N. 56th Street, Suite 1 in Chandler. From Mesa take US 60 west to I-10, exit Ray Road, and you are there. A bumper is often same day; a full front takes about two days including the overnight cure, so most Mesa customers drop off in the morning and pick up on the way home the next day.
Do you install clear bra in Mesa?
Yes. A clear bra is paint protection film under its older name, so the film, the install and the price on this page are identical whichever word you use. The clear bra page walks through the film comparison and each coverage level if you want the detail first.
Do you install Tesla PPF for Mesa owners?
Yes. Model 3, Y, S, and X are flat published prices: Full Front from $1,349, Full Body from $4,599, computer-cut patterns for Tesla soft multi-coat paint. Details and every package on the Tesla PPF page.
Should I get PPF on my new car before driving it around Mesa?
Yes, and sooner is genuinely better: film protects a finish that has never taken a chip, and US 60 and the 202 start sandblasting your front end on day one. Many customers book the install within the first week of ownership, and a full front takes about two days including an overnight cure, so your new car comes home protected.
What film brands do you install, and can I compare them?
FlexiShield and STEK, in 8.5 mil and 10 mil, and comparing them is the point: the price tool shows both films' manufacturer specs, thickness, gloss, self-healing, hydrophobic coating, and warranty term, next to their exact installed prices. You choose by specification, not by whichever single brand a shop happens to carry.
How do I know a film's real thickness before I pay?
Read its technical data sheet. Marketing names round to clean numbers; the TDS states the measured spec, and we link the TDS for every film right in the price tool, publishing the measured figure even when it is lower than the marketing name. Ask any shop you compare for the TDS of the exact film they quoted. If they cannot produce it, you are buying a brand name, not a specification.
How long does an install take?
A front bumper can be same day. A full front typically takes about two days, including an overnight cure, and full body coverage takes two to three days. Book online, drop off on the way to work, and pick up protected.
